country. Please inform us if there are any special papers/declarations necessary for you.

If you need a formal offer or an invoice in advance, please send:

your full company name + address_
your shipping address (if different to company address)
information about any declarations (or forbidden wording) for customs clearance

We suggest to inform us when you have made the bank remittance, to let us prepare
your shipment even before your payment arrives. Once we have received it, we will
inform you about package size, weight etc., that you can organise the shipping.

Once you have ordered the shipping, please advise the local agent in Vienna and the
tracking or oder number that we can contact the courier service for the pick up.
